Youth Division - Midgets

2025-2026

You are registering teams for the Missouri Hockey 2025-2026 Season Midget League.

The Midget League includes 16U and 18U teams that will play in AA and A1 playing levels.

When adding teams please use this naming format:

1. club name (no more than 12 characters; if you abbreviate please be consistent)

2. age division - 16U or 18U

3. playing level - AA or A1

3. team number (if your club has more than one team at an age and playing level) - 1, 2, etc.

4. coach last name

EXAMPLE:

Affton 16U AA 2 Brown
